The Conversation, a two-channel video installation, is a documentary-like reverie about the roles of the state and the individual played out through an exchange between a policeman and a photographer. Using the cinematic language of the Italian ‘New Wave’, The Conversation meditates on the political and philosophical realities associated with the public act of photographing in the 21st Century.
